This is an interesting and engaging course which will explore the process of abstraction and will help you get a deeper understanding of some of the Art movements of the Twentieth Century. This course is suitable for someone who is curious about art and ideas and wants to understand art more and who wants to develop their picture making.

The course will explore ideas and create visual art explorations that mirror the major themes of Abstraction through the Twentieth Century and help you understand the thinking process and ideas that were influential in creating the Art of the Twentieth Century.

 It will be a fun course, exploring aspects of cubism, sculpture, working from emotions and exploring responses to music and give you an opportunity to work like an Abstract Expressionist.

 Come along with an open mind and a sense of adventure. Tuition will be tailored to the individual.
