If a painting doesn’t have a strong composition, it will never be a good painting. It’s all in the preparation. Join me for 2.5 hours in the woods, drawing in a handmade concertina sketchbook. We will focus on the construction of composition and create shorthand tonal drawn compositional pieces using contrast to create our compositions. Bring one pan of watercolour or a tube, a bottle of water and something to lean on and also sit on and a small paintbrush. I will supply the rest.
Meet at 11am-1.30pm further details sent before the class
