Course Description

Plein Air Painting with Angharad Taris 

Location: The Parrog, Newport,  Pembs, SA42 0RP 

 

Wednesday 14th of September 2022  10.30 am – 3.00pm 

Have you wondered how to go about painting on location in plein air then come along to this workshop to learn more about composition, observation, mixing colours, drawing, and painting out on location. This workshop will be suitable for all abilities and teaching will be tailored to the individual.  

 

Bring something to sit on, wear warm and suitable clothes and footwear for a few hours outdoors, a hat, paints, palettes, water pots, surfaces to paint on – paper etc. boards to lean your work on, paint brushes, a bottle of water to drink and for the paint water etc. Flask with a hot drink and a packed lunch.  Also, a sense of fun, humour, and adventure.
