Course Description

Meditation is beneficial to both physical and mental health and this course is specifically designed to help you deal with your every-day stresses and strains. We'll meet each week in a closed group to explore themes such as stress, physical pain, emotional pain and working under pressure. We will also practice together. and share our experiences. The sessions are suitable for complete beginners and for those with some experience of meditation. 

There will be a teams session weekly on Thursdays between 10.00am and 12.00pm.
