Course Description

This module draws upon some fantastic, published works for children to explore the multifaceted needs of the various age groups and help aspiring writers produce writing for their intended child audience. We will look at how stories can entertain and teach children, but also how they may help them deal with difficult current world events such as climate change, inequalities and social media as well as other challenges in their own lives.
