If you are resident in Wales, this course is free until the end of 2023. If you would like to continue with the course after this time the fees are £100 for non-accredited CPD or £250 to access assessments and work towards 5-credits. Students will first look at how business leaders can manage change in a business. Then they will look at two key skills required for the development of financial business plans for new ventures - judging risk and uncertainty, and investment appraisal. This course is part 3 of 4 on the Business Management for Rural Entrepreneurs microcredentials.
