This course which will cover a variety of specialist drawing, painting and printmaking techniques and materials for capturing the characteristics of different tree species and woodland habitats including structure, colour, light and texture.

This course which will cover a variety of specialist drawing, painting and printmaking techniques and materials for capturing the characteristics of different tree species and woodland habitats including structure, colour, light and texture.  

Through a local woodland visit, demonstrations and practical time in the studio, students will develop their observational, recording and artistic skills whilst gaining experience of a variety of approaches and media which are transferable to a range of subject matter.
