Course Description

In this practical and well-designed course, we will explore how developing a mindfulness practice and a mindful approach to life can support us to come into a healthier relationship with our stress. 

We will cover topics such as physical pain, emotional distress, time management and self-care; and we will spend time each week practicing mindfulness, as well as reflecting upon our experiences and our learning. 

This course will be held via weekly Team’s sessions on Thursday’s from 10am – 12pm.
